Southern Cross Easy-Claim at Sunnynook Medical Centre
Southern Cross Easy-Claim makes claiming for eligible healthcare services hassle-free. Southern Cross members can claim at the time of purchase, without needing to complete a claim form.
How It Works:

Bring your Southern Cross Member card, app, or membership number to your appointment and let the receptionist know on arrival.

If your plan covers the treatment and it qualifies, Southern Cross will reimburse the claim directly.

You’ll only pay any remaining balance, saving you time and effort.
Note: for other insurance providers you may need to pay and claim based on the invoice we will provide you with.
